The Wolfman Club Membership (Alpha, Beta, Gama) is a loyalty program created to offer some special benefits to the members of The Wolfman Club. The Wolfman Club Membership level (Alpha, Beta, Gama) will automatically get updated once the order has been successfully delivered.

Once a customer enters a particular tier, he is entitled to cashback on every subsequent order as per the eligibility of their membership level. The cashback will be automatically credited to The Wolfman wallet within 72 hours of the purchase completion. The cash back is not applicable to purchases during sale events on website.The Wolfman Club Membership level will depend on the cumulative purchase made during the last 12 months fulfilling the membership requirements. The minimum of `500 purchase should be made by the member to continue the status of their membership.

The level gained during a purchase will be cancelled if that particular order is refunded or returned. Aryed Pvt Ltd. has the right to decide the membership benefits at its sole discretion and are subject to change without prior notice. Aryed Pvt Ltd. has the right to terminate your club membership without any prior notice and assigning any reason. The membership benefits can be utilised only from the purchases made on The Wolfman club website. The membership cannot be transferred or sold to other accounts.

The Wolfman club membership services operated in India and the terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of India. All cases of disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. Aryed Pvt Ltd reserves the right to discontinue the membership program at any time, without prior notice, without assigning any reason, without liability and no claims for any points accrued survive after such discontinuation. If you agree to participate in The Wolfman Club Membership programme you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to such terms and conditions, you may choose to not participate in or cancel your Club Membership.

Including The Wolfman club memberships terms, in no event will the Aryed Pvt Ltd. directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the club membership. The company’s total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the last membership fee/order value you paid. These exclusions and limitations of liability will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and will survive cancellation or termination of your “The Wolfman Club” membership.
